Well, I have done it once more and signed myself up for the 2024 London Virtual Marathon. Whenever I can I raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK, one of the world's most successful Alzheimer's Research Charities which funds research around the world. The race is on April 21st which would have been my Mum's birthday. As well as the marathon I plan to take a trip to England later in 2024 to do two hikes for Alzheimer's Research. It is going to a challenge as I have talked my Dr into allowing me to start running again. I'm interested to see how the new knees hold up. I won't be as fast as in 2017 but I will be just as determined.
